Products with the KZVV brand – a high-performance lathe model 1K665F3x7000 with a CNC system – SINUMERIK 840Dsl.

It was put into operation in October 2018.

The maximum diameter of the workpiece is 1620 mm, the length is 7000 mm, and the weight is up to 48 tonnes.

The machine’s slide is equipped with two lamellas for a wide range of turning operations, as well as a modern high-performance milling device.

The front headstock platen is equipped with a rotary drive, which allows for high-precision positioning and fixing of the workpiece during machining.

According to its purpose, the 1K665F3x7000 model lathe has the following functional capabilities:

roughing and finishing of high-hardness rolled rolls made of special cast iron and alloy steel;

turning any curved profiles;

cutting rhombic flutes;

cutting lentil flutes;

cutting any type of thread;

automatic measurement of the part before and after turning;

automatic binding of the cutting tool to the machine coordinate system.
