Machine tool KZh1842.02

In November 2019, KZVV completed supervision and commissioning of a specialised turning and rolling machine KZh1842.02 by order of UZ.

The specialised turning and rolling machine KZh1842.02 is designed for turning and rolling necks, leading and trailing parts of carriage and locomotive axles of wheel sets with a gauge of 1520 mm.

The design of the machine has been continuously improved in the course of multiple upgrades. In total, more than 150 machines have been produced and are successfully operated at railway transport enterprises in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries.
