WTG turbine components

KZVV is fulfilling an order for Furlender Windtechnology LLC for the Atomvind-Kramatorsk wind farm.

It is planned to install 15 wind turbines with a capacity of 4.5 MW with a tower height of 120 m and a rotor diameter of 152 m near the village of Yasnohirka.

As part of this project, KZVV is supplying the main turbine components: anchor baskets, nacelle frames, towers, azimuth brake discs, and rotor stop discs.

Furlender Windtechnology has already shipped the anchor basket, welded nacelle frame and cast nacelle frame for the 4.5 MW wind turbine, and is preparing to ship tower No. 1, which consists of 6 sections of tubular construction weighing 468 tonnes.

The manufacture of these components was preceded by serious preparation of the production and re-equipment of equipment.

The quality of manufactured products is constantly maintained by the plant’s specialists and controlled by German experts.
