TURNING AND SCREW-CUTTING MACHINE 1K630F3
The machine is designed for roughing and finishing turning of turbine rotors, hydrovals, cylinders, generator shafts. The machine is of modern design taking into account the latest ergonomic aspects. It is equipped with a turning slide with two lateral toolholders for programme machining of rolls. The toolholders are fully integrated into the CNC programme.
The machines are designed for machining workpieces:
- weight up to 25 tonnes
- workpiece lengths up to 16 metres
- machining diameter on the slide – 1000 mm.
The main consumers of these machines are machine-building and metallurgical enterprises.
More than 40 machines have been produced.

Special design of the front headstock spindle:
- the ring gear is fixed to the plate,
- he front bearing is located in the immediate
proximity to the plate - resistance to bending – no crushing marks
The platen is the drive part of the main axis

The slide is equipped with two side cutter holders

- diameter constancy in the longitudinal section – 40 µm at
length of 300 mm - flatness of the end surface at a length of

curved contour in the longitudinal section – 100
µm.
