Machine is intended for rough and finish machining hydraulic shafts, turbine rotors, cylinders, generator shafts.
Machine has up-to-date design with taking into account latest ergonomic aspects. The lathe is equipped with turning carriage with two lateral tool holders for machining the rolls as per program. Tool holders are fully integrated in CNC software.
Machine is designed for machining work-pieces:
- weight -up to 40 tons
- length -up to 16 meters
- machining diameter over carriage up to 1250 mm

MAIN DESIGN FEATURES:
- Solid cast iron structure, 4 guide ways
- Hydrostatic guide ways for X and Z axes
- Cross travel through ball-screw gear
- Longitudinal movement of carriage- by means of hydrostatic worm.
- Carriage is provided with 2 side tool holders.
- CNC system – Sinumerik 840Dsl.
Special design of head stock spindle:
- gear ring is fixed on faceplate
- front bearing is located close to faceplate

Machine bed:

Carriage and cross slide have rigid structure and move on hydrostatic guide ways. Uniform feed speeds and absence of steps which increases positioning accuracy and dimension constancy.
